We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging
- Personalised or engraved items are final sale
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty
How to return
Email hello@aureliajewelry.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
EU & UK customers
You have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
